Terms of Service

1. Service
Rivae Social, operated by 14001681 Canada Inc., provides automated social media publishing and, optionally, advertising management for your business accounts.
2. Your account and content
You retain full ownership of your social media accounts and all media you upload. You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content you send to Rivae Social, including the rights to any people shown in photos or videos.
3. Our access
You authorize Rivae Social to publish content to your accounts. You may revoke this access at any time through your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok settings, or by emailing us.
4. Platform rules
Published content must comply with the terms of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Meta. Rivae Social may decline to publish content that we believe violates those terms.
5. Payment
Fees are billed monthly in advance in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Advertising spend is billed directly to you by Meta and is not included in the Rivae Social fee.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 7 days' notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid are not refunded.
7. Limitation of liability
Rivae Social does not guarantee any specific number of followers, reach, engagement, or bookings. Rivae Social is not responsible for actions taken by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Meta against your account, including restrictions or suspensions.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
